Any booking made after 7 pm for a same-day arrival does not allow for on-site check-in, as no concierge or security service is available at this time. Therefore, access to your accommodation will not be possible on the same evening. We kindly ask you to come to the campsite reception the following day, during opening hours, to collect the keys to your accommodation.
At our partner campsites, for the same reason, any reservation for an arrival on the same day must be made before 6:00 pm. After this time, access to your accommodation on the same evening cannot be guaranteed.
