Accommodation Deposit:
A pre-authorization of €1 on your credit card will be requested before your stay (on your Clix account) or upon arrival at the campsite. In case of damage (breakages, deficiencies, deterioration), we will retain the amounts in order to restore the accommodation.
Cleaning Deposit/Final Cleaning:
Accommodations must be returned clean at check-out (floors cleaned, dishes washed, blankets folded, trash emptied, cabinets cleaned, kitchens and bathrooms/WC cleaned).
Note: If you notice any issues with the condition of your accommodation upon arrival, you must immediately inform the campsite reception, who will take action to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Without this, no complaints can be considered at the end of your stay.
- If the accommodation is not returned clean at the end of your stay, we will charge the necessary costs to restore cleanliness to your rental.
A deposit for damages and cleaning will be requested by check or credit card imprint upon your arrival.
