Can I know more about the security deposit?
- "Material" deposit in case of damages or losses: €200 (indicative amount, subject to variation depending on the campsite)
- "Cleaning" deposit: amount varies depending on the accommodation (see the cleaning package table)
For the 4 Vagues Océanes campsites (July and August) and partner campsites:
The deposit will be refunded to the customer upon departure after an inspection conducted by authorized cleaning personnel. If cleaning is not done properly or not done at all, a deduction from the deposit will be made. In the case of damages or losses, an amount will be withheld by Vagues Océanes or the Partner Campsite, for missing equipment and/or expenses incurred for repairing potential damages.
No objections will be accepted from the customer in case of departure without an inventory, unless the customer has not provided the campsite with a declarative inventory report. If the customer does not provide the declarative inventory report upon entry, it will be presumed that the accommodation was taken in good overall condition and cleanliness. In the event of departure outside of the scheduled hours, the campsite staff will solely judge the overall condition and cleanliness of the Mobile Home, which the customer accepts.
In the low season, for the 4 Vagues Océanes campsites, the inventory is not done at the time of departure. If the accommodation is returned clean and no missing equipment is reported, and no communication is received from us within 8 days after your departure, no deposit will be deducted. Otherwise, the amount of the cleaning deposit and/or material deposit will be deducted, and you will be notified within 48 hours by email or phone.
